Shipping & Return Policy
We provide FREE SHIPPING within the USA only for all of our orders regardless of value. We charge a flat rate for international orders. Orders to Canada are an additional $9.99 and to the UK an additional $19.99 for shipping. Please note you may be subject to pay customs fees depending on the order amount and your location.
We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. All orders are normally processed within five to seven business days and normal delivery times typically take 2-4 days within the USA to arrive at your doorstep. Orders are available to the following countries:

Note: If you reside in a country that is not listed above please contact us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify if the products you are interested in can be shipped to your location. We would be happy to help you place an order if the products and shipping are available to your country.
Please note: due to COVID-19 there may be logistic and shipping disruptions and order deliveries may be delayed depending on your location. You will receive complete tracking information to track your own package. Rest assured your package is on the way if you receive tracking information. If you need assistance with tracking or want any updates please contact us anytime. We are here to help and assure that your package arrives to your doorstep.
Disclaimer: Our delivery time frames are only an estimate - 95% of our orders arrive within these time frames. International freight or customs delays occasionally happen. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames. If you feel that your order has taken too long and you want a full refund, we understand. To process the refund you will have to wait for your package to arrive, we will email you a pre-paid return label, you will ship the package to us and we will issue you a full refund once the package has been delivered to us. Please contact us anytime if you have any questions.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase just email us within 30 days of receipt to explain the reason for the return. Please contact email@example.com for any return issues.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note, customers have to pay return shipping if the product doesn't have a clear fault or manufacturing defect proven with photos or videos.
- Step 1: Email Camanda Creations (firstname.lastname@example.org) and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn't meet your expectations.
- Step 2: We will confirm the receipt of your return request and email you the approval or rejection of the return request.
- Step 3: We will work with you to find the best solution to keep you happy. Each case is different and we will resolve the return by sending you a new product right away if you wish to do so. In most cases you won't need to return the product and get to keep it as a spare or gift!
We recommend using a tracked courier for returns as we cannot be held liable if the product isn't received by our manufacturers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no extra charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a photo or video of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're item is the wrong color, size or not as described then please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping details. We will send you the exchanged item when we have received the item you want to exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you the shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
